PROXIMITY INTERIOR DESIGN Junior Interior Designer – Job DescriptionPosition Overview Supports the design team through technical production, visualization, and project coordination across all interior design projects.Key Responsibilities:3D Modeling & VisualizationDevelop 3D models, renderings, and construction drawings using SketchUp and LayoutProduce visual renderings using D5 Render and AI-assisted toolsComplete post-production rendering in PhotoshopPrepare client presentations and documentation in CanvaMaterial CoordinationRequest and track material swatches from vendorsEnsure accuracy and timely specification of finishes and materialsConstruction CoordinationCommunicate with builders, subcontractors, and installation teamsSupport execution and respond to design-related field questionsProject SupportMonitor project timelines and assist with schedulingSupport alignment of design, procurement, and installation milestonesQualificationsProficiency in SketchUp, Layout, D5 Render, Photoshop, and CanvaWorking knowledge of Studio Designer a plusStrong attention to detail and technical accuracyAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyClear communication across design and construction teamsAbility to translate design intent into buildable documentation
