This role focuses on CNC programming, process improvement, tooling development, and production support in a precision machining environment.Responsibilities: Develop and improve manufacturing processes for gear productionCreate CNC programs from scratch and optimize existing programsSupport gear hobbing, shaping, and grinding operationsDesign tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing methodsTroubleshoot machining and quality issues on the production floorCollaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processesQualifications: Experience in gear manufacturing (hobbing, shaping, or grinding required)Fanuc familiarityCreo, ProE, or SolidWorks experienceExperience supporting gear equipment such as Gleason, Pfauter, Nidec, or Fellows is strongly preferredStrong blueprint reading and process troubleshooting skillsAlso open to: Manufacturing Engineers with gear experienceCNC Programmers with gear machining experienceGear machinists ready to transition into engineeringWhat is offered: Direct hire opportunityCompetitive salary ($90K–$110K)Full benefits packageStable, team oriented manufacturing environmentOpportunity for technical growthInova Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer
