The opportunities are endless.Job OverviewUnder the direction of the Décor Specialist, the Seasonal Décor Crew Leader works with a team of décor crew members to plan and install inspiring seasonal displays of flowers and other elements at our clients’ homes. This role supports execution in the field while helping guide crew members on-site. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and hard-working, with a passion for color, plants, and the change of seasons.Responsibilities And DutiesSupport the planning and installation of seasonal décor displays under the guidance of the Décor SpecialistLead small crews in the field to execute installs efficiently and to company standardsCare for plants pre-installation at the yard and post-installation at client propertiesAssist with tracking and organizing materials for job sitesCommunicate effectively with the Décor Specialist, team members, and clients as neededAssist with loading and unloading vehicles with tools, supplies, and materialsHelp unload, stage, and inventory deliveriesPick up materials from vendors and deliver to job sites or between facilitiesEnsure job sites remain clean, organized, and safe during installationsSupport other service lines (gardening, shrub care, etc.) during slower décor monthsJob RequirementsBasic plant identification (annuals and perennials)Experience creating and installing seasonal décorAbility to read and follow job plans and direction from leadershipKnowledge of plant care and ability to identify plant health issuesAbility to produce high-quality work within established timeframesAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to create garland, wreaths, bows, and other décor elementsWillingness to learn company standards and processesCommitment to safe work practicesAccountability for completing assigned work on scheduleBasic proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar tools (preferred)Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehiclesAbility to accurately track daily timeAbility to guide crew members on-site and provide direction during installs2+ years of experience in seasonal décor installation or related landscape/horticulture workPrior experience leading small teams or crews in the field preferredThe Perks401(k) plan with company match Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance FSA/HSA PerkSpot Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance Paid time Off Tuition Reimbursement (after one year of service) Pay TransparencyMariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed.
