Job Title: Project Manager – IT/AVLocation: Plano, TXDuration: 1 Year ContractRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Technology Project Manager with strong IT/AV technical expertise to bridge business requirements with technical execution.The ideal candidate will be comfortable consulting with clients, designing enterprise IT/AV systems, managing projects end-to-end, leading integration teams, and supporting installations and end users when required.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as an IT/AV SME for clients and business partners.Conduct needs assessments and recommend scalable IT/AV solutions.Design enterprise solutions including networking, structured cabling, surveillance, video conferencing, and collaboration spaces.Work with Cisco, Poly, Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom technologies.Translate business requirements into technical designs and system solutions.Lead IT/AV projects from concept through completion.Manage technicians, vendors, and integration partners.Develop project timelines, milestones, resource plans, and budgets.Develop and review Bills of Materials (BoM) and vendor quotations.Coordinate procurement and support cost optimization.Prepare technical documentation, system diagrams, as-built documentation, and project reports.Oversee installation, commissioning, testing, and user acceptance.Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and end-user support.Deliver executive/white-glove support and user training when required.Establish technology standards, best practices, and technology roadmaps.Support business development through technical consultation.Requirements5+ years of experience in IT/AV consulting and project management.Proven experience managing enterprise technology deployments.Strong understanding of networking and UC/collaboration platforms.Experience with video conferencing and enterprise AV systems.Strong client-facing and executive communication skills.Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.Strong documentation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.Preferred CertificationsCisco, Poly, Microsoft, or Zoom certifications.PMP certification is a plus.Key SkillsIT/AV | Project Management | Video Conferencing | Cisco | UC Platforms | Networking
