Maintenance SupervisorLocation: Lewisburg, TNPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Lewisburg, TN. This role is responsible for supervising maintenance technicians, driving equipment reliability, coordinating preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring safe, efficient plant operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong multi-craft maintenance background with proven leadership experience in industrial manufacturing.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians across multiple shifts and disciplinesProvide daily direction, coaching, performance management, and development for direct reportsManage employee scheduling, attendance, overtime, and shift coverageConduct disciplinary actions and maintain compliance with company policies and proceduresMonitor and report department KPIs including downtime, PM completion rates, response times, and equipment reliability metricsCoordinate and oversee preventative maintenance (PM) schedules to minimize equipment downtimeUtilize CMMS systems to manage work orders, maintenance history, inventory, and labor trackingTroubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systemsDiagnose and resolve PLC and controls-related issues to support production uptimePartner with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with OSHA, safety, environmental, and company standardsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis effortsManage outside contractors and vendors as neededQualificationsMinimum 5+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience in an industrial or manufacturing environmentStrong multi-craft maintenance background with hands-on troubleshooting abilityExperience troubleshooting:Mechanical systemsElectrical systemsPLCs and industrial controlsHydraulics and pneumaticsExperience with preventative maintenance planning and schedulingProficiency using CMMS software systemsProven experience managing direct reports, including coaching, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actionsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
