Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager - Consultant (Scrum Master) (11153) Location: Columbia, SC (Fully Onsite) Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension) Interview Process: One Round Virtual Interview Relocation: Candidates must currently reside in South Carolina or be willing to relocate prior to start date at their own expense.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including: Daily Stand-Ups Sprint Planning Sprint Reviews Sprint Retrospectives Backlog Refinement Sessions Guide teams in Agile Scrum best practices and principles Remove blockers and impediments impacting team productivity Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams Track project KPIs and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions Communicate project risks, status updates, and issues to stakeholders Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions Support hybrid project management methodologies combining Agile and Waterfall approaches Mentor and coach teams to foster collaboration, accountability, and process maturity Required Skills3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps 3+ years of experience leading Scrum ceremonies 3+ years of experience with DB querying and programming 3+ years of experience using Agile project management tools 3+ years of experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments Bachelor’s Degree (must be completed and verifiable) Preferred SkillsCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification Government/Public Sector experience ERP project experience Additional QualificationsStrong understanding of Agile Scrum principles and methodologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience facilitating collaboration across technical and business teams Education & CertificationsRequiredBachelor’s Degree PreferredScrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM or equivalent Agile certification)
