Plant Manager - Heavy Fabrication and Machining

Swanton Welding & Machining is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our Wauseon, Ohio Heavy Fabrication & Machining facility.This role is responsible for total plant performance across a high-mix, custom manufacturing environment supporting heavy fabrication, structural welding, and machining operations.We are looking for a strong operational leader who can drive accountability, improve throughput, develop teams, and execute production safely and efficiently in a fast-paced fabrication environment. Our Wauseon operation includes:Heavy structural and custom fabrication Welding-intensive manufacturing Machining operations Large weldments and complex assemblies Approximately 40+ production and support employees This is not a repetitive production environment.
