Data Analyst IIILooking for an experienced Data Analyst to support its Retail Engagement & Marketing team. This position will be responsible for collecting information and turning it into insights. The position will work closely with the marketing and programming teams to help make data driven decisions.Key Responsibilities:Create analytics plan for projects in partnership with Marketing and Programming teamsGet a firm understanding of content strategy goals, and help define KPIs that align to those goalsDevelop robust data visualizations that will help to quickly and thoroughly answer commonly asked questions about the performance of our contentIdentify data anomalies, work to root cause and remediate issues in the data collection, storage, transforms, or reportingKey Qualifications:5-7 Years of prior experienceExperience in python and SQLExperience in Omniture, Tableau or similar data visualization toolsAn understanding of how customers find and consume digital instructional contentAbility to create complex, cross-object, cross-platform reportsAbility to turn data into information and insightsHigh-level attention to detail, including the ability to maintain meticulous records of projects, and programsSelf-starter with the ability to work independentlyStrong negotiation skills and ability to creatively solve problemsExcellent written and verbal communicator, with engaging interpersonal skills Must have flexibility to deal with rapidly changing, time-constrained launch schedulesA positive, enthusiastic attitude and a sincere willingness to learn from team members at all levelsMust exhibit high degree of ownership and accountabilityHard Skills:SQLPythonData Visualization (Tableau)Test Processing
