Senior Director, Litigation & Regulatory

Leading the litigation and regulatory response function, the full-time Senior Director, Litigation & Regulatory will manage consumer litigation, arbitration, and regulatory investigations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies for consumer litigation, class actions, and regulatory enforcement matters Oversee case management and partner with outside counsel to ensure high-quality legal work Advise executive leadership on litigation developments, risk exposure, and settlement strategiesRequired qualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing 12+ years of legal experience in consumer financial services litigation and regulatory matters Experience managing complex litigation, including class actions and arbitrations Knowledge of consumer financial services laws and regulations Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders, including executive leadership
