Job Description AristaCare is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) or ENT physician practice to provide on-site tracheostomy and airway management services for a ventilator-dependent patient population.Qualifications:Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residencyBoard Certified or Board Eligible in OtolaryngologyActive medical license and ability to credential at the facilityProficiency in airway management, including:Tracheostomy placement, changes, and ongoing maintenanceExperience caring for tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent patientsExperience may include hands-on practice, simulation, or supervised/observational trainingStrong clinical judgment and focus on patient safety in a long-term or specialty care environmentWhy AristaCare?Physician or physician practice will bill independently for all services rendered, including tracheostomy changesAccess to a ventilator-capable clinical environment and a medically complex patient populationCompliance with facility policies, credentialing requirements, and clinical standardsProfessional collaboration with AristaCare leadership and clinical teamsAt AristaCare, you'll work with a team that emphasizes quality patient care while offering flexibility to grow your practice.
