Software Engineer - SF I’m hiring right now for an eight-figure revenue-generating, Series A AI infrastructure startup redefining how agentic AI systems run across hardware. Their platform lays a new foundation for complex AI workloads, delivering real-world performance across compilers, systems design, kernel optimization, scheduling, orchestration, and distributed compute. They’re seeking someone who has truly owned and built core distributed systems end to end, not just contributed to or operated them. The ideal profile is engineers who have taken full ownership of complex systems and driven them from inception to production, particularly within early-stage environments or ML infrastructure contexts. What they’re looking for: Proven ownership of core distributed systems (not just contributor) Either startup builder or deep ML infra experience Can clearly explain what they built and why Strong in concurrency, failure, and reliability at scale Builder mindset, not operator or maintainer Important details: Based in SF, onsite $170k-$220k base + equity Be sure to apply to find out more!
