Bus Aide - RSU 23 Old Orchard Beach Schools

Bus AideRSU 23 is a 700 student, three-school district seeking multiple bus aides for the 2025-2026 school year. This job assignment is being internally advertised for hourly support staff scheduled for less than 40 hours per week. The successful candidate should possess the following certification requirements: citizenship, residency or work visa Maine Department of Education CHRC (Criminal History Record Check). The job summary includes supervising students on bus, including one-on-one support when needed, ensuring all students are properly secured with seat belts/wheelchairs, assisting bus driver in maintaining good student conduct, overseeing safe and orderly boarding and exiting, and performing other assigned duties as needed.
