Warehouse Associate

We are hiring an Inventory & Shipping Associate for a growing distribution and logistics operation. This role is responsible for receiving, handling, organizing, and dispatching inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the day.This position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work extended hours when needed.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload incoming and outgoing delivery vehiclesReceive, inspect, and verify inventory shipmentsCount and confirm stock accuracyLabel, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locationsPrepare, wrap, and palletize outgoing shipmentsOperate hand-held scanning/computer equipment (training provided)Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentFollow all company safety policies and proceduresReport directly to the Warehouse ManagerJob requirements18 years of age or olderSpanish-speaking preferredPrevious warehouse or general labor experience preferredForklift operation experience preferredMust be able to meet pre-employment screening requirementsStrong work ethic and dependable attendancePhysically capable of lifting, bending, climbing, and working in varying weather conditionsComfortable working extended hours when requiredGood communication and teamwork skills
