Located in Chicago, IL, the team strives for excellence by fostering a supportive and connected fitness community.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a very high-energy Group Fitness Instructor who loves leading workouts, connecting with people, and creating an environment where members feel supported and inspired. This role is primarily coaching-focused, with the option to take on Membership Sales Specialist responsibilities for candidates who enjoy client engagement and helping grow the studio community. If you’re passionate about fitness, confident in front of a room, and excited to help members reach their goals, you’ll thrive here.ResponsibilitiesEnergetic Group Fitness Instructor (Primary Role)Lead high-energy group fitness classes with confidence and expertiseProvide clear instruction, proper form cues, and safe modifications for all fitness levelsBuild strong relationships with members and foster a positive, inclusive fitness communityMaintain a clean, organized, and professional studio spaceRepresent the studio’s culture, energy, and commitment to resultsProvide updates on member and trial interactions for all coached sessions Optional: Membership Sales Specialist(Available for candidates who want additional hours and commission opportunities)Manage and convert leads using platforms like Mindbody and LoyalsnapConduct studio tours and present membership options with confidenceFollow up with prospects and trial members to support conversionsAssist with membership renewals and retentionCollaborate with leadership to meet monthly sales goalsQualifications2+ years of HIIT or group fitness coaching experiencePrior sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required for coaching-only applicants)CPR/AED certification (required)Accredited fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsEnergetic, self-motivated, and passionate about helping people improve their fitnessLead at least 4–6 classes weekly, with the option for additional hours as the schedule allowsBenefitsOur location has ample “Free Parking”Complimentary studio membershipCommission on new memberships and renewals (if participating in sales responsibilities)Growth opportunities within a supportive, fast-paced teamA fun, community-driven environment where your coaching truly makes an impact
