The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the organization's strategic plan, annual goals, and budget, as well as overseeing program development and financial objectives. This role requires a visionary leader with a minimum of 5-10 years' progressive leadership experience, and a deep passion for the mission and communities served. The CEO will be tasked with inspiring and guiding the team, thinking strategically to advance the organization's mission and sustainability, raising resources, and promoting best practices in affordable, accessible healthcare. A Master's degree in public health, business, planning, or a related field is preferred for the CEO position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, be adept at policy oversight, and have experience in a healthcare or community service setting. Responsibilities also include serving as an ex officio member of the Board of Directors and ensuring that the organization's activities align with the guidelines for Federally Qualified Health Centers.
