With $5M in seed funding and approaching $30M ARR already, achieved with just 20 people, they're building the standard for voice automation at scale.The RoleAs a Founding Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll build the core platform powering millions of AI-driven conversations. Working with React, TypeScript, and Node.js, you'll create scalable systems and intuitive interfaces that enable seamless customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop core features including prompt orchestration, dashboards, analytics, and telephony integrationsBuild full-stack systems from polished UIs to robust APIs and DevOps workflowsOwn projects end-to-end from architecture to production deploymentCreate intuitive interfaces enabling rapid customer activationSupport customer onboarding and translate feedback into product improvementsRequirements2+ years full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, or PythonCS/CE degree or equivalent practical experienceOwnership mindset with ability to solve problems independentlyThrives in fast-paced, dynamic environmentsStrong communication and collaboration skillsCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $200K - $280k USDEquity: 0.25% - 0.45%Schedule: Full-time, 70 hrs/week (50 onsite + 20 remote, flexible hours)Location: Redwood City, CA100% medical, dental, vision coverageUnlimited meals and snacksGym and commute reimbursementVisa sponsorship available (H1B, TN, L-1, E-3, F-1, O-1)Interview ProcessOnline coding assessment (25-30 min)Technical phone interviews (2 rounds)Onsite/virtual interviews: practical coding, system design, and automation
