RequirementsStrong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the industry.Experience with TPM-Total Productive Maintenance, 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma tools and concepts.Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem-solving, and team building.
