Our Primary Care Physicians operate at a single medical center supported by large care teams so our providers can focus on delivering a better quality of care, rather than a volume of services. ResponsibilitiesAssess and diagnose patients at our local clinicsOversee, direct, and administer primary carePrescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medicationMaintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data via canopy and greenwayCollaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality goalsWork with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care teamOther duties as assigned Required QualificationsMedical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) GraduateInternal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (or board eligible)Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State LicenseActive DEA licenseUS work authorization Preferred QualificationsFellowship training in GeriatricsExperience practicing medicine among Geriatric populationsExperience operating in a Value-Based Healthcare ModelExperience working in a collaborative setting to ensure positive health outcomesExperience in outpatient primary care settingsBilingual proficiency where applicable Anticipated Weekly Hours40 Time TypeFull time Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $174,070.00 - $374,920.00 BenefitsWe take pride in offering a comprehensive and competitive mix of pay and benefits that reflects our commitment to our colleagues and their families.
