The responsibilities include managing and overseeing commercial litigation matters, advising clients on legal strategies, representing clients in legal proceedings, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role also entails collaborating with other attorneys, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the growth of the firm's practice areas.QualificationsIn-depth knowledge of Corporate and Business Entity Law, and expertise in Commercial Contract and Property LawProficiency in Intellectual Property matters and handling issues related to Insurance lawExperience with Professional Negligence cases and related litigationExceptional written and oral communication skills for legal documentation and client consultationProven ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsJuris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdictionExtensive experience in commercial litigation
