We work with multiple sports at all different levels, anywhere from youth leagues to the NFL.An opportunity has emerged to join and add value to GameBreaker Inc. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing high-quality visual assets with a primary focus on catalogs and promotional decks, and a secondary focus on marketing materials to support customer orders and brand initiatives. This role requires strong collaboration with managers, the art department, and sales representatives.Responsibilities of this exciting role include:Design and produce catalogs, lookbooks, and promotional decks to support product launches, sales initiatives, and key accounts.Collaborate closely with the sales representatives to develop cohesive visual storytelling across all presentations and campaigns.Develop graphics for social media, email templates, banners, flyers, brochures, and advertisements.Create and maintain brand assets, including logos, color schemes, and typography.Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and remain current and consistent across all platforms.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and iterate based on feedback.Stay updated with industry trends and competitor designs to maintain a high standard of originality and relevance.Analyze the effectiveness of marketing materials and contribute insights to improve future projects.Skills Required:Slides - Must be proficient in quickly creating Google slide presentations that both look good and adhere to brand standards.Adobe Photoshop - Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop. Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite is preferred but not required.Artistic Sensibility - Knowledge about design elements such as color and composition is vital for graphic designers. Artistic ability and creativity are essential.Time Management - An ability to balance several projects at one time and complete them in a timely manner.Technical Skill - The graphic design position requires the technical skills to use design software programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Communication Ability - Sometimes known as visual communication, the graphic design position will require the ability to effectively present ideas - both verbally and visually. You'll need to be able to sell your ideas to clients and work with them to achieve the end product they are looking for.Video editing - Must have an ability to edit video into short clips to be used in marketing campaigns or social media promotions.40 Hours a Week.Must have a strong passion for sports.Experience with sports graphics.
