Alligator Realty is a leasing and property management company in Gainesville, Florida, committed to providing quality and affordable housing to students and local residents. We manage a variety of properties all around the Gainesville area, many of which are within walking distance of the University of Florida.Our company is looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with the public for our Leasing Agent Position. The ideal candidate will have a familiar background in real estate, property management, and leasing, along with great communication and customer service skills.
