Fabricator / Welder (MIG & TIG)Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. You will be responsible for the full fabrication processtaking projects from blueprints to finished metal structures. This role requires a high level of precision in cutting, bending, assembling, and welding, specifically with Aluminum and Stainless Steel.Responsibilities:Execute the complete process of building metal structures including cutting, bending, and assembling materials.Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on Aluminum and Stainless Steel.Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure all builds meet exact specifications.Inspect all finished work to ensure strong joins, clean welds, and proper alignment.Safely operate and maintain shop equipment and fabrication tools.Qualifications:Professional experience in metal fabrication and structural assembly.Proficient in both MIG and TIG welding techniques.Specific experience working with Aluminum and Stainless Steel.Ability to work from blueprints or diagrams with minimal supervision.Strong work ethic and the ability to handle a physically demanding 10-hour shift.Schedule & Compensation:Pay: $23.00 $25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).Schedule: Monday Thursday (4-day work week).Hours: 5:30 AM 4:00 PM (10-hour shifts).Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.00 - $25.00
