And we invest in our world-class team, empowering our colleagues to unpack their potential, because we believe when our people grow, so does our business.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesLocal drivingNo touch freightFill out trailer logSpot carrier trailers and Berry trailers as requestedSpot LTL trailers as requestedFuel trucks as neededKeep truck in safe working orderWork with Receiving when requestedFill out D.O.T. inspection sheetTake and score highly on all yearly HR required MyDevelopment courses, and any other courses that are deemed necessaryLot check information as neededUnderstands and will adhere to all ISO & SQF guidelines and policiesAuthoritiesTake loaded trailers to outside warehouseTake empty trailers from outside warehouses to main plantTake trailers from docks as requestedMust record movements using the ToughBook and the Shuttle Tote BoardQualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDClass A CDL requiredRequires sitting, standing and climbingMust be able to drive truck in safe and professional mannerAbility to work in extremes of heat/coldVerbal communications adequate to use a radio and or paging system to contact other co-workers in other areas of the complexOur ExpectationsWe expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
