Team Leader

Supervisor Supervise employees on an assigned shift to ensure the work is completed within established timing, quality, and cost standards.Team Leadership & Supervision: Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, provide feedback, coach team members, and ensure a positive environment.Production Oversight: Ensure output targets, schedules, and cost/waste goals are met; monitor KPIs.Quality Control: Inspect products, identify defects, resolve quality issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards.Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, ensure adherence to SOPs/GMPs, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.Problem-Solving: Act as the first point of escalation for line issues, troubleshoot deviations, and implement solutions for efficiency.Training & Development: Train new staff, cross-train existing employees, and support skill development.Process Improvement: Suggest and help implement improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance processes.Essential Skills & Qualifications:Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Thorough understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.Experience in manufacturing or production environment.Ability to operate production equipment and computer systems for monitoring.Salary Ranges: $55536- $69420
