This opportunity is ideal for someone who is eager to develop professionally, thrives in an organized environment, and is ready to take ownership of dynamic healthcare communications campaigns.You will become part of a tight-knit, collaborative team that combines strategic expertise with a genuine passion for making a meaningful impact in health.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & StrategyAct as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication, delivering high-quality service and responsivenessConduct detailed research to inform strategic planning and deepen client partnershipsDevelop a strong understanding of client products, key opinion leaders, and the competitive healthcare landscapeProject & Campaign DeliveryManage project logistics across events, campaign deliverables, media initiatives, and vendor coordinationEnsure timelines, quality standards, and budgets are effectively managed and metMedia RelationsPitch and secure meaningful media coverage across both healthcare and consumer media outletsCreate targeted media lists, craft compelling story angles, and coordinate spokesperson opportunitiesMonitor media activity and produce performance reportsContent DevelopmentProduce a variety of communications materials including press releases, briefing documents, pitches, and other PR assetsTranslate complex medical or scientific information into clear, accessible messagingTeam Collaboration & Financial OversightProvide guidance and mentorship to junior team membersAssist with budgeting processes, financial trackers, and expense managementContribute to new business initiatives through research, strategic ideas, and presentation supportQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline3-4 years of experience in public relations, ideally within healthcare or life sciencesStrong writing, editing, and storytelling capabilitiesSolid understanding of media relations strategy, trends, and industry toolsProficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media platforms is advantageous
