Cloud Architect (Multi-Cloud)

About the Opportunity:The Cloud Architect (Multi-Cloud) is responsible for designing strategies, reference architectures, and platform capabilities spanning multiple cloud providers including AWS, Azure, GCP, and selectively OCI. This role focuses on creating portability, abstraction layers, federated identity, cross-cloud networking, and platform solutions that simplify cloud complexity for product teams. The position is critical for enabling enterprises to operate across more than one cloud effectively.3. Responsibilities:Design multi-cloud strategies and reference architecturesDevelop platform capabilities that abstract cloud-specific detailsImplement portability and federation of identity across cloud providersManage cross-cloud networking solutionsProvide guidance on platform offerings for product teams4. Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field8+ years of experience in cloud architecture rolesHands-on architecture experience with at least two major cloud providersDeep knowledge of cloud networking, identity, and security across providersStrong skills in infrastructure-as-code and policy-as-codeExperience designing federated identity and single sign-on across cloudsSolid understanding of Kubernetes, container platforms, and managed servicesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsMultiple cloud certificationsProven leadership in multi-cloud architecture initiativesPreferred Qualifications:Experience with abstraction platforms such as Crossplane, Pulumi, Terraform CDKFamiliarity with cloud-agnostic observability toolsExperience with large-scale cloud-to-cloud migrationsExposure to regulated industries with multi-cloud requirementsPublic speaking or writing on multi-cloud architecture topics5.
