We are open to remote as long as you are drivable distance from Columbia and willing to travel to headquarters often.The SEC Financial Reporting Manager will lead the preparation and review of all SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy), overseeing financial statements and MD&A. Ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. Manages external reporting, coordinates with external auditors and internal teams (accounting, legal, tax, FP&A), reviews earnings releases, drives process improvements, provides technical accounting guidance, and mentors the team.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statementsOversee the drafting and review of financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A disclosuresEnsure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal accounting policiesManage the external reporting process, including coordination of timelines and deliverablesCoordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual auditsCollaborate with accounting, legal, tax, and FP&A teams to support disclosures and filingsReview earnings releases and ensure accuracy and consistency of financial informationDrive continuous improvement in SEC reporting processes, documentation, and controlsProvide guidance on technical accounting matters and support implementation of new accounting standardsMentor and support development of accounting team membersWhy EquipmentShare?Because we do things differently — and we think you’ll feel it from day one.
