Role: IaaS Admin VMwareLocation: Atlanta, GA - OnsiteDUration: Full Time - Permanent RoleJob DescriptionThe IaaS Administrator will be responsible for managing and supporting the virtualized infrastructure within a Private Cloud environment. This role will involve the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of VMware vSphere, vRealize Suite, and associated virtualization technologies to ensure the seamless operation of our IaaS offerings. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with vSphere, vRealize Automation (vRA), vRealize Operations (vROps), and related VMware technologies, providing tactical support for resource allocation, automation, and migration activities.Must-Have (Hard Requirements)5–8+ years hands-on VMware vSphere/vCenter administration and design.Demonstrated experience with vSphere clustering, HA, DRS, and vMotion at scale.Strong understanding of networking (vDS, NSX-T/NSX-V) and storage (VMFS, vSAN, NFS, iSCSI, VAAI).Active Certification: VCP-DCV minimum; VCAP-DCV preferred.Experience with VMware Aria Suite (Operations, Automation, Log Insight).Scripting/Automation: PowerCLI, Python, Ansible, or Terraform.Strong Preferences & Soft SkillsExperience with Horizon (VDI), Tanzu, SRM, or Zerto.Exposure to HCI platforms like Dell VxRail or Nutanix.Ability to produce architecture documentation (HLDs, LLDs, runbooks).Familiarity with the Broadcom licensing model and support portal.
