The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing customs entries, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating documentation for air and ocean import shipments. Experience with CargoWise is highly preferred.RequirementsResponsibilities:Prepare and process customs entries for air and ocean shipments in compliance with U.S. Customs and PGA regulationsReview and verify import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, arrival notices, etc.)Communicate with customers, carriers, and government agencies to ensure timely cargo releaseClassify shipments under the correct HTS codes and ensure accuracy in all data entriesMaintain compliance with CBP, FDA, USDA, and other regulatory requirementsCollaborate with internal departments to resolve entry discrepancies or documentation issuesQualifications:2+ years of experience in customs entry writing, brokerage, or import coordinationStrong understanding of U.S. Customs regulations and HTS classificationProficiency with CargoWise or other logistics software strongly preferredExcellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentBenefitsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCareer growth opportunities within a stable and reputable organization
