Sales Consultant &/or Sales Consultant (Regional Float)

Our Retail Sales Consultants are the frontline for our customers and for WindowRama. You will be responsible for building rapport with all customers as well as providing exceptional service. At our retail locations you will have the ability to show customers around our sales floor and show customers products to close salesAbility to build a trusting relationship between our customers and WindowRamaEnsuring each customer receives exceptional serviceGreeting and acknowledging every customerDemonstrate strong sales acumen and product knowledgeCreate a positive and appealing impression on our customersCollaborate with teammates working with new ideas and changes to help maximize business opportunitiesEnter sales orders into our CRMCommunicate and coordinate with different departments to ensure customers needs are metAnswer phones and provide both sales and retail information to customersAbility to negotiate contracts and communicate effectively both verbally and in writingAdvanced use of Microsoft OfficeTop performer who can instill pride of workmanship in self while also motivating team to excelPassionate about WindowRama and loves the brandHighly motivated, flexible, and positive, professional demeanor2-3 years of previous sales or industry experience~ Ability to work flexible hours including some Saturdays and Sundays, nights, and weekends~ Previous sales and customer service experience~ Proficient knowledge of installation/service methods for window and door projects preferred but not required~ Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite~ Previous experience with AS400 a plusThe employee can expect to work in a favorable office environment.WindowRama, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics or any other category protected under law.
