We take pride in helping our customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and budget.Role DescriptionAs a full-time, on-site Salesperson based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, you will assist customers in selecting vehicles that match their preferences and budget. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, understanding their needs, presenting vehicle options, facilitating test drives, and negotiating sales agreements. Additionally, maintaining thorough knowledge of inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales goals will be key aspects of this role.QualificationsSales and Customer Relationship skills: Experience in automotive sales, customer service, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.Communication skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.Organizational skills: Proficiency in managing sales processes, documenting customer interactions, and meeting established sales targets.Automotive product knowledge: Familiarity with vehicle features, specifications, and pricing is advantageous.Technical skills: Basic computer skills, familiarity with CRM tools, and the ability to manage online sales queries.Adaptability and interpersonal skills: The ability to work in a dynamic retail environment and handle various customer personalities.High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales certifications or training will be considered a plus.A valid driver’s license is required. Previous experience in automobile sales is preferred.
