Construction Worker

This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple trades while making a tangible impact on construction projects from start to finish. *Responsibilities* * Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and material organization * Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery such as concrete mixers and pumps safely and efficiently * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute construction plans accurately * Install drywall, flooring, tile, stucco, and other building materials following specifications * Conduct heavy lifting tasks and assist with masonry, roofing, framing, carpentry, plastering, caulking, and trim work * Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries * Support demolition, restoration projects, and renovation work as needed * Ensure all work complies with project plans and construction specifications while maintaining a clean and organized work area *Experience* * Proven experience working on diverse construction projects * Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and blueprint reading skills * Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately for precise execution of tasks * Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and best practices for safe operation of hand tools and power tools * Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of construction work Join us in building quality structures while advancing your career in a fast-paced environment that values safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork.
