This position partners closely with Advisors to manage client needs, provide coverage analysis, and ensure a seamless client experience, while gaining exposure to complex client strategies and solutions.What You'll DoPartner with Private Client Sales and Advisors to support the management of high-net-worth client accountsPrepare applications for new business, prepare and review coverage summaries for renewals; help identify gaps and recommend solutions for Sales/Advisor reviewAssist in preparing client proposals, coverage comparisons, and recommendationsDocument policy changes, endorsements, and updates both with carriers and in the EPIC agency management systemAssist with remarketing efforts when neededCoordinate with carrier underwriters to support placement, approvals, and issue resolutionReview home inspections and appraisals; help track and communicate carrier recommendations and requirementsMaintain strong internal communication with Advisors and service team members to ensure a high level of client serviceRequirements2+ years of high-net-worth personal lines insurance experienceActive Property & Casualty LicenseStrong familiarity with high-net-worth carriers such as Chubb, PURE, Cincinnati, and Berkley OneExperience working within agency management systems such as EPIC preferredHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to explain complex coverage concepts clearlyTeam-oriented mindset with a proactive and solutions-driven approachAssociated Benefits:Click HERE for benefitsHybrid work schedule#Li-hybrid
