They power frontier model training at the leading AI labs. 8-figure revenue, growing fast.The problem you'd help solve:Frontier AI labs struggle to generate high-quality, hard-reasoning data and to reliably evaluate how their LLMs and agents behave. You'd help build the infrastructure that fixes it. RL environments, human-in-the-loop systems, and experiment pipelines powering data and evaluation for top labs and YC companies.The team:Founders out of top-tier quant trading and bulge-bracket finance. Talent-dense team of ex-FAANG, top-trading-firm, and founding engineers. You'll be working with people who've shipped at scale and at pace.The package:$180–220K base$350–600K OTE — 4% profit share on contracts in your vertical (avg vertical: $8M at 70% margin)Equity, sign-on availableVisa sponsorship and transfers availableSenior-level money, 1–3 YOE bar.
