Email Developer
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist with strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud and AMPscript experience to support email marketing and customer journey initiatives for a major organization in Orlando, FL.This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in responsive HTML email development, marketing automation, personalization, and email QA/testing within enterprise environments.Schedule:Hybrid – Monday through Wednesday onsite in Orlando, FL | Thursday & Friday remoteKey ResponsibilitiesBuild, test, and deploy responsive HTML email campaignsDevelop and maintain reusable email templates and modular componentsImplement dynamic content and personalization using AMPscript within Salesforce Marketing CloudConfigure and support automated customer journeys, triggered sends, and workflowsConduct QA and rendering validation using tools like Litmus or Email on AcidCollaborate with marketing, creative, and technical teams to execute campaigns aligned with brand standardsSupport segmentation, audience targeting, and campaign optimization initiativesAssist with landing pages, microsites, and other front-end campaign-related updates as neededApply best practices for accessibility, mobile optimization, deliverability, and complianceRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in email development, marketing automation, or CRM marketingStrong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience including:Journey BuilderAutomation StudioContent BuilderData ExtensionsTriggered SendsHands-on AMPscript experience is requiredAdvanced HTML/CSS email development skillsExperience with responsive and cross-client email renderingExperience with QA/testing tools such as Litmus or Email on AcidFamiliarity with SQL and segmentation logicStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience with HubSpot and HubLExperience with lifecycle marketing and personalization strategiesFront-end web development experienceExperience supporting platform migrations or workflow automation initiativesAdditional Information12-month contract opportunityHybrid work schedule in Orlando, FLCompetitive hourly compensationPortfolio/examples of email work may be requested during the interview process
