Warehouse Picker/Packer

*Overview* 1st Shift Monday-Friday Job Summary We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our warehouse and fulfillment team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining quality and accuracy standards. Responsibilities * Accurately pick products and merchandise according to customer orders. * Pack items securely and professionally to ensure safe delivery. * Prepare completed orders for shipping and distribution. * Verify order accuracy, quantities, and product information before shipment. * Label and organize packages according to company and shipping requirements. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. * Assist with inventory organization, restocking, and general warehouse duties as needed. * Meet daily productivity and quality expectations. * Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. * Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to ensure orders are completed on time. Qualifications * Previous warehouse, picking, packing, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred but not required. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. * Ability to lift and move packages up to [insert weight requirement] pounds. * Reliable attendance and punctuality. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Have to clear Drug Screen, Background Check and E-Verify Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
