Assistant Kitchen Manager

Requirements - Able to maintain our standards as well as comply with all health and safety regulations - Very competitive wages and opportunity to quickly gain more pay, with room for growth DUTIES: - Grill, Fry, and Pizza cook - Cleaning - Food Prep - Kitchen Organization -Maintain inventory and ensure proper food storage/rotation -Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines -Collaborate with ownership/management on menu development and specials -Control food cost and reduce waste -Lead the line during busy shifts and keep things running efficiently -Must be able to work late evenings on some days as well as weekends. -Ensure all opening and closing duties are performed and completed properly.
