The Opportunity:A highly regarded insurance carrier is seeking an experienced Senior Trial Attorney to cover litigated claims throughout Canonsburg, PA. This is a hybrid role: two days in office and three days remote. Base salary is $146K-$175K with a 15% bonus. Comprehensive benefits including health coverage, retirement plan with employer match, paid time off, and professional development support.Primary Duties:The Trial Attorney will provide legal defense and representation in complex, high-exposure litigation matters. The position involves representing insured clients in court, advising internal claims teams, and managing cases through trial and appeal.
