Our Aligned DNA is what makes us unique and successful!As part of our exciting growth, we are currently searching for a Director, Prefabrication & Modularization.We are seeking a visionary Director, Prefabrication & Modularization to spearhead the discovery, rigorous evaluation, and strategic incorporation of Prefabrication, Preassembly, Modularization, and Offsite Fabrication (PPMOF) solutions across our data center design and construction portfolio. In an era where speed-to-market and capital efficiency are paramount, you will lead the charge in maximizing offsite trade labor to dramatically reduce onsite construction demands, control and slash capex, accelerate project timelines, and enhance overall project quality and sustainability.Reporting directly to the SVP of Capex Strategy & Optimization, you will serve as the company's PPMOF authorityscouting innovative solutions, quantifying their impact, and embedding them into our development pipeline.
