Verizon Representative responsibilities include:
Engaging with current and potential Verizon customers, offering insights, resolving queries, and facilitating sales
Conducting engaging product presentations, tailoring solutions based on client needs
Nurturing client relationships for upselling opportunities and referrals
Providing comprehensive wireless product information and support
Addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and confidence, documenting interactions, and escalating issues as needed
