Job Summary: Entry-level Business Development support role focused on networking solutions within DCBBS. This role helps target and qualify networking opportunities, supports partner awareness activities, and provides field team enablement while learning how to articulate product positioning, competitive differentiation, and value outcomes in the networking space. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned): Support targeting/qualifying new accounts and building/refreshing vertical market target lists Use CRM tools to keep pipeline current, highlight next actions, and maintain a clean handoff for managers Assist in customer outreach/cold calling campaigns, meeting scheduling, and follow-up actions Help with product positioning, demo coordination, and sales enablement collateral development (with supervision) Assist in preparing partner/field training sessions and awareness programs Provide basic competitive/market research summaries for senior BD managers Track activity metrics and help improve process discipline (cadence, pipeline, and documentation) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred 1–2 years sales/customer service/inside sales experience; strong interest in networking/datacenter tech Excellent communication; comfortable with cold outreach and learning technical content Strong organization and time management; detail-oriented CRM management and upkeep Curious, coachable, and a collaborative team player Salary Range $70,500 - $104,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
