Regional Director of Sales – Multi-Site Retail | Up to ~$160,000 OTEAbout the OpportunityOur client is one of the largest licensees of a globally recognised, market-leading retail brand in the United States. Your focus will be on seven core sales leadership processes:Staffing management and monitoringNew team member onboardingTeam engagement, development, and performance managementExecuting a proven sales processProspecting and follow-up managementQuality and complianceMaintaining Position to Impact on the sales floorYou'll coach and develop Sales Managers, Assistant Selling Managers, Managers in Training, and Coaches — building fully staffed, high-performing teams grounded in strong belief systems and process discipline.Key Performance IndicatorsYou will be accountable for driving performance across metrics including: Sales Budget attainment, Close Rate, Sales per Guest, Average Sale, Net Margin, Financing Application %, Net Promoter Score, and others.What We're Looking For5–7 years of retail sales and sales management experience in a multi-site, high-volume environmentDemonstrated career progression into district or regional managementBackground in retail or hospitality preferredStrong business acumen across finance, operations, marketing, and merchandisingProven ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams at scaleExcellent communication, analytical, and organisational skillsScheduleMinimum 45 hours per week including weekends; up to 75% travel required across the region.Interested?If you're a seasoned multi-site retail leader passionate about coaching teams and driving results, we'd love to hear from you.
