If you're excited by solving problems, juggling priorities, and growing your project management skills in a collaborative digital agency environment, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoServe as the day-to-day contact for assigned projects and smaller client accounts.Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, resources, and budgets.Maintain project plans, documentation, and updates in Workfront and other agency tools.Schedule and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear next steps and accountability.Monitor project scope, timelines, and budgets, proactively identifying risks and solutions.Partner with cross-functional teams to develop estimates, manage workflow, and keep projects on track.Communicate project status, priorities, and changes clearly with clients and internal teams.Support process improvements and identify opportunities to work more efficiently.What We're Looking For2 years of project management, account coordination, marketing, or related experience.Digital agency experience preferred.Understanding of digital marketing and integrated campaign execution.Experience with Workfront, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to anticipate challenges, solve problems, and adapt quickly.Eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate with others.This Is UsRed Door Interactive is an integrated marketing agency based in San Diego, CA.
