You will need to be motivated and determined to get the job done. MUST HAVE: experience in design on engineering side of building construction- Architectural/Structural background.Schedule: Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pmCompensation: $85k-$90k DOEWhat You Will Do As a Engineer Project Manager:Build and maintain relationships with clients, and architect to ensure that all parties are informed of project status.Specific Responsibilities And Functions Of a Engineer Project Manager:Must have knowledge and experience with Engineering DrawingsProvide direction and guidance to Engineering team for standard projects as well as bid specification projects in areas of Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Plumbing.Coordinate project and drawings with customer and architect as it relates to a sales order/bid, and site drawings. To include progress meetings prior to approvals, DSA appointments and site meetings during construction phase.Assist Architect of Record in submitting and obtaining DSA approvalsPurchasing – Ensure materials are identified and ordered in order to meet production scheduleEstimating – Coordinate pricing from estimating for proposed change ordersProduction – Manage and review drawings.
