The ideal candidate will architect and build event-driven systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka, with a strong focus on microservices architecture, system reliability, and maintainability. The position involves providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams while collaborating with product managers and architects to deliver robust solutions.Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java and Spring BootArchitect and build event-driven systems using KafkaDesign microservices architecture and ensure system scalability, reliability, and maintainabilityLead technical solution design and architecture discussionsDevelop robust APIs and backend services for enterprise applicationsOptimize database interactions and schema design using OracleRequirements:10 years of experience in backend development with JavaStrong expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architectureHands-on experience with Apache Kafka for building event-driven systemsStrong experience with Oracle databases, including performance tuning and query optimizationDeep understanding of distributed systems and system designExperience designing high-availability, scalable enterprise systemsStrong knowledge of REST APIs, messaging systems, and asynchronous processing
