The Clinic team is known for excellence and quality patient care putting patients at the center of their care to provide the best level of health and well-being.Full time, 1.0 FTESchedule Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PMOutpatient-focused with telehealth componentsMultidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and therapists.TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) service line and injections services availableStrong community mental health supportFully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR Responsibilities Manage an average caseload of 18-24 patients/dayProvide care across the lifespan (diverse patient mix)Call rotation: 1:7 schedule, phone based onlyConduct initial psychiatric evaluation on new patients, with follow-up treatment and medication management with existingPartner with physicians, social workers, nurses, or other professionals to discuss treatment plansExcellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve.
