We partner with ownership groups, developers, general contractors, and operators to deliver technology environments that scale with the needs of the property.Position OverviewThe Project Manager (PM) is responsible for full lifecycle management of technology and digital infrastructure projects across multiple states. This includes structured cabling, fiber backbones, access control, surveillance systems, wireless networks, ISP coordination, and other integrated technology environments.This role owns project execution from contract handoff through closeout, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, documentation, quality control, vendor management, and client communication.The Project Manager at Halo operates as a Technology General Contractor (IT GC), bridging ownership, development teams, general contractors, and multiple technology vendors to ensure that the entire technology stack is designed correctly, deployed efficiently, and delivered as a cohesive system.This is not a task manager role. It requires strategic oversight, construction fluency, financial discipline, and the ability to manage multiple technology scopes simultaneously while protecting margin and reputation.Core Responsibilities1. Project Execution & Field LeadershipManage projects from kickoff through closeoutLead internal and subcontracted field techniciansCoordinate with General Contractors, ownership groups, and technology vendorsConduct project kick-off calls and internal alignment meetingsEnsure site readiness before crew mobilizationIdentify risks early and implement corrective action2. Financial & Margin ProtectionManage project budgets (labor, materials, equipment, expenses)Track job costing in real timeApprove and monitor purchase ordersReview time tracking for accuracy and budget complianceIdentify change order opportunitiesEnsure all out-of-scope work is documented and approved before executionProtect gross margin targets (30%+ expectation)3. Scheduling & CoordinationBuild and maintain project schedulesCoordinate site visits, surveys, and mobilizationsEnsure materials are ordered and delivered on timeManage dependencies with other tradesProactively communicate schedule impacts4. Client & GC CommunicationServe as primary day-to-day contact for assigned projectsProvide weekly updates to clients and internal leadershipDocument and escalate issues professionallyMaintain a solutions-oriented, non-confrontational communication style5.
