Family Medicine Physician- Concierge Care

Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking a patient-centered Concierge Medicine Physician to join our established concierge primary care practice in San Francisco. This is an outstanding opportunity to provide highly personalized, relationship-based care within a collaborative and mission-driven system committed to improving the health of the communities we serve. You will work closely with a dedicated care team focused on access, service excellence, and long-term wellness. Provide comprehensive primary care services to an exclusive concierge patient panel Conduct preventive health assessments, chronic disease management, and acute care visits Build lasting patient relationships through high availability and personalized service Coordinate care across Sutter's integrated network and advocate for patients Participate in practice development, concierge program initiatives, and quality improvement efforts Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine ~ Active California medical license or ability to obtain ~ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills ~ 5+ years of concierge or direct primary care experience required Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, retirement, malpractice, and CME Administrative and care coordination support Collaborative, physician-led medical group Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is rapidly growing in San Francisco.
