Operations AssistantWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Assistant to join our team in North Las Vegas, NV. This individual will support daily operational functions, focusing on maximizing scheduling efficiency, supporting contractor performance, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Create and manage daily schedules to maximize workforce capacity & customer satisfaction Review and evaluate profitability of local contractors Monitor equipment condition & coordinate routine maintenance Maintain an "Excellent" customer service quality rating Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and guidelines Perform additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred) Bilingual Household goods dispatching experience (preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills Familiarity with local geography and routing Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Additional Information: Must be available for overtime as needed Interview and resume with relevant experience are required We invite you to apply to this position!
