Crane Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Lattice Boom and Hydraulic Crane Operator to join our team. Must Have NCCCO or NCCER certifications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating cranes and other heavy machinery on construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to work collaboratively with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. Duties Operate cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on construction sites. Must have experience driving piles with diesel impact hammer as well as vibratory hammer Conduct pre-operational checks on cranes and other heavy equipment to ensure safe operation. Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate lifting operations. Maintain clear communication with ground personnel using hand signals or radios. Follow safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on the job site. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on cranes and related equipment. Assist in the operation of additional heavy machinery as needed, including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, concrete mixers, dump trucks, water trucks, roll-off trucks, front loader trucks, farm machinery, tankers, and Caterpillar equipment. Experience Proven experience in crane operation within a construction environment is essential. Must have pile driving experience Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation. Familiarity with various types of construction machinery including excavators, dozers, loaders, and concrete mixers. Experience with commercial driving is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while adhering to safety standards.
